We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States and Australia. If your country is not offered at checkout, email us and we will tell you whether we can arrange it.

Orders are dispatched within two working days of payment. Delivery then takes between 3 and 12 days depending on the destination and the carrier. Estimated times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed, because carriers can be delayed by weather, customs and public holidays.

Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Where we offer free delivery it is stated on the product page and applies to the destinations listed there.

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, import duties or local taxes may be charged by your country and are payable by you on arrival unless the checkout states that they are included. We cannot control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Once your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link. If a parcel shows as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours and your building's post room first, then contact us within 7 days so we can open a claim with the carrier.

Check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the packaging and the item. We will replace it or refund you.

Please check your delivery address before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and may ask you to cover the cost of sending it again.
