Babisit.com sells Babi Seat, Babi Angel and related accessories. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, email us before you buy.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm dispatch, and a contract is formed at that point. We may decline an order, for example where a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error or we cannot deliver to your address. If we decline, we refund anything you have paid.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs and any duties are shown or described before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before dispatching.

We deliver to the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States and Australia. Delivery takes 3 to 12 days from dispatch depending on destination. Our Shipping policy has the detail. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

If you are a consumer you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it and receive a refund, including standard delivery costs, once the goods are returned. Return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Goods must be returned in a condition that lets us resell them. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty.

On top of your legal right to cancel, you may return Babi Seat or Babi Angel within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price if it is not right for you. Email us for a returns reference, return the product with all parts and the original packaging, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving it. Return postage for a change of mind is at your cost.

We guarantee Babi Seat and Babi Angel against faults in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery. If a product develops a fault in that time we will repair or replace it, or refund you if we cannot. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorised repair or normal wear, and it is in addition to your legal rights. To make a claim, email us with your order number and a description of the fault.

Babi Seat is an accessory that lies on the seat pad of a child car seat. It does not replace a correctly fitted child restraint, and it does not change how the restraint should be fitted or used. Babi Angel is a band that tracks readings and shows them to you. Neither product is a substitute for adult supervision, safer sleep advice or medical care.

The Babi app is free and there is no subscription. You need a compatible phone and a Babi account to use the products. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe, for the accuracy of the contacts you add to your relay and for having their agreement to be added. We may suspend an account that is used unlawfully or in a way that harms the service.

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for events outside our control such as carrier delays, network outages or a phone that is switched off, out of range or out of battery. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Babi, BabiSit, Babi Seat, Babi Angel, SeatSense, BabiTrack, BabiRelay and the smiley mark are our trade marks. The content of this website and the app belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country. Disputes can be brought in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you are a consumer, in the courts of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, email us first and we will try to put it right.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
